Chicken Dinner:
Cilantro Seared Chicken Breast with Sherry Wine-Shallot Sauce,
Sweet Potato Hash and Chef's Choice of Vegetable

Vegetarian Dinner:
Seared Chickpea Filet with Ratatouille and Smoked Tomato Coulis

All dinners include the following:
Salad - Baby Organic Bibb Lettuce, Mondavi Cabernet Poached Pear, Gorgonzola and Candied Pecans with Champagne Vinaigrette Dressing.

Dessert - Flourless Chocolate Raspberry Torte with Soaked Berries and Cinnamon-Orange Flower Whipped Cream.

Drinks/extras - Freshly Baked Rolls, Butter, Freshly Brewed Regular and Decaffeinated Coffees, Hot and Iced Teas

There will be a cash bar from 7pm - 12am serving cocktails, wine, beer, soda, juices and bottled water. Bring ID for wristband if you plan on purchasing alcohol.
